Yes, it was about time for me to have my summer break. I finished up two re-exams this week, passed one and still waiting for the results from law.

I seriously am happy at the moment, haha. I know it sounds weird, but I really am. Just the feeling of peace around me and in my mind, is just great. Every little stress I had in my mind, is like gone and I can't thank God enough for that. I have a great internship ahead of me, a great school year behind me, it's just great. Now my brains have been switched off from school and I am only thinking about the vacation I have ahead of me. Here's the schedule:

20.07: Plane to Hong Kong, transfer in Munich, Deutschland.
21.07: Arrive in the afternoon in Hong Kong, no time to waste, let's go shopping!
24.07: Plane to Korea, Seoul, transfer in Shanghai.
26.07: In the afternoon plane to Jeju-island.
28.07: Plane to Shanghai.
31.07: At night plane back to Hong Kong.
01.08 – 13.08: Hong Kong
13.08: At night, plane back to Holland :(
14.08: Home, not so sweet, home.

That makes nine times of flying and this for someone who has a little fear of flying.
But it's going to be a great summer holiday! Hope yours will be great as well, even if you don't go anywhere. Make it great! I'll try to keep my blog updated in Hong Kong! For now I probably won't have time to blog, so I wish you guys all a hell of great summer holiday! Spend it wisely! Ciao!

Ah, got to get back to my studies again, since I have two re-exams this upcoming week. Hopefully I will pass them both. If so, then I will have all my ECTS for this year. So lets work hard, study hard, GANBATTE!

No vacation for me yet

I FAILED! I mentioned on my previous post that I was focusing on two out of three exams. Well, now I failed the one that I studied diehard on. That means, I probably will have AT LEAST two re-exams. Haiz, my stupid strategy haha.

Anyways, I seriously have been counting down to the day that I am going to Hong Kong haha. Oh, what I forgot to mention is another place that I will be going to, do you know where?...

JEJU-ISLAND!!!

Yeah, it's like Korea's Hawaii! Some scenes from Boys Before Flowers were shot there and I was like, damn, what a beautiful place, I really want to go there some day and now I am actually going there this summer haha! Aaah, it's going to be a crazy summer for sure. But I will be studying begin next week again, first let me enjoy my weekend for what it is now.

It is H-O-T!

At the same time, it's my exam week, while most of my friends are having their summer holiday. That S-U-X! I have been studying like crazy for the past ... four days haha. I know it isn't long, it's because I got distracted by the Kdrama Boys Before Flowers. Yeah seriously, normally I wouldn't let myself get distracted by Kdrama's or any other drama, but this one... really caught my attention.



It has a lot of humor in it and at the same time it has a nice storyline. Besides humor it has some drama in it, that's the way I like dramas. The only thing I didn't like was the ending. I mean they could have thought of a better way to end this drama. But overall, the drama is nice and I rate it a 8.0. Geum Jan Di is damn funny haha. It's a recommendation.

Ah, now I seriously need to study diehard with 28 degrees outside + 40 degrees inside. I just have to put in mind that after three weeks (yes, three weeks because I am also planning my re-exam already haha), I'll be done with school, since I am focusing on two out of three exams, which makes me have another re-exam in about two weeks. It's my way of doing things, my strategy.

Damnit! I got a ticket for driving too fast

Let me tell you how the story goes.

My mom came home from work today and told me she got an letter about she got caught driving too fast on May 21. So I was like, no way! Why do you need to drive that fast anyway? If it says you can drive 120km/h, why don't you drive 120 or less? It is good that you got a ticket, so now you know you shouldn't drive that hard. And anyways, the costs should be on the boss' (dad), because he should be responsible for the travel-expenses if you go to work haha.

Three minutes further...

Me (Thinking out loud): "May 21... that was Ascension day (Hemelvaartsdag). So I had to work, so... that means... i was driving? O__O
Mom (Also thinking): "Yes, it was Ascension day! You were the one who's driving!"
Me: "No, that can't be, was May 21 Ascension day?! IT'S ISN'T!"
Mom: "Yes, it was! You were driving to work (like always)"
Me: "No, that can't be me! Was I working that day? No, I was sick that day (ahum)"
Mom: "No, you weren't sick! You were working on Ascension day! Let me check for sure..."

Twenty seconds later...

Mom: "Yes, May 21 was Ascension day and you had to work!"
Me: "Noo :("
Mom: "Yeah, if it says you can drive 120km/h, why don't you drive 120 or less? It is good that you got a ticket, so now you know you shouldn't drive that hard."
Me: ":(, but the costs should be on dads, because he's responsible for the travel-expenses from employees."

End of story, with a bad ending for me :(.
